Third-party integrations
SalesEdge AI integrates with third-party services to keep your calls, meetings, and CRM data organized in one place. These integrations are optional and only activated when you choose to connect them.
- Salesforce API: Used to read and write contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activity history so your calls, transcripts, and summaries can be linked to the correct records.
- HubSpot API: Used to sync contacts, companies, deals, notes, and engagements for CRM automation and record organization.
- Google Calendar API: Used to read basic event details, attendees, and availability (free/busy) for scheduling and connecting meetings to calls. We do not use your Google data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
- Microsoft Outlook / Teams (Microsoft Graph API):Used to access calendar events and availability to help schedule, track, and link meetings within your workspace.
- Zoom API: Used to read meeting details and, if you enable it, meeting recordings or transcripts to generate summaries and action items.
These integrations are only used to provide the specific features you activate. We do not sell or share your calendar or CRM data for marketing.
Information We Collect
- Audio recordings of client calls (MP3, WAV, M4A up to 100MB) or live recordings made through our platform.
- Account information such as your name, email, company, and any integration settings required to connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and other services you choose.
- Usage data such as dashboard interactions and performance metrics to help improve platform reliability and AI accuracy.
How We Use Your Information
- To convert your client calls into transcripts using AI-powered speech-to-text with speaker identification and topic extraction.
- To generate summaries, follow-up emails, and tasks that help you manage client relationships and sales workflows.
- To sync calls, notes, and meetings with your connected CRM or calendar tools so everything stays organized.
We use encryption, secure cloud storage, and access controls to protect your data. You can disconnect integrations or request data deletion at any time.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
